Gary Zukav and Linda Francis: NYTimes Bestsellers Authors & Spiritual Teachers

Gary Zukav
for years has conveyed the most complex insights in language all can understand.  Over and over, he challenges us to see the depth of our potential in the world…and act on that awareness.  He is the author of four consecutive New York Times Bestsellers.  In 1979, The Dancing Wu Li Masters: An Overview of the New Physics,  plumbed the depths of quantum physics and relativity, winning The American Book Award for Science.  In 1989, The Seat of the Soul led the way to seeing the alignment of the personality and the soul as the fulfillment of life and captured the imagination of millions, becoming the #1 New York Times bestseller thirty-one times and remaining on the New York Times bestseller list almost three years.  Soul Stories (2000), as well as The Heart of the Soul: Emotional Awareness (2002) and The Mind of the Soul: Responsible Choice (2003), both co-authored with Linda Francis, also became New York Times bestsellers.

His gentle presence, humor, and wisdom have endeared Gary Zukav to millions of viewers through his many appearances on The Oprah Winfrey Show.  Six million copies of his books are in print and translations have been published in twenty-four languages.  Gary Zukav grew up in the Midwest, graduated from Harvard, and became a Special Forces (Green Beret) officer with Vietnam service before writing his first book.

Linda Francis
has been practicing the creation of authentic power since she read The Seat of the Soul in 1989.  In 1993 she met Gary Zukav and they created a spiritual partnership which is in its thirteenth year.  During that time she has co-authored with Gary two New York Times bestsellers (The Heart of the Soul: Emotional Awareness and The Mind of the Soul: Responsible Choice) and co-founded the Seat of the Soul Institute, the premiere organization dedicated to assisting individuals in the alignment of the personality with the soul – the creation of authentic power.  She has been in the healing profession for three decades, first as a registered nurse and then as a chiropractor, and at the present time is involved fully in co-creating curricula and events with Gary.

Jim Karol: The Supermind Real Life Rainman / Rocky

Jim Karol is truly one of the most unique and amazing individuals of our time. He has risen from the steel mills of PA to becoming one of the most sought after acts in the industry. Jim's highly energetic and charismatic personality along with his incredible memory, has landed him over 4,000 shows and worldwide attention, including the front page of the Wall Street Journal.

Jim has been seen by millions of people from his appearances on NBC's Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the Ellen Show, NBC's Today Show, Howard Stern on Demand, as well as Montel, Rosie O'Donnell, Fox News, and numerous other television programs. He is also becoming a regular on national radio shows such as Breuer Unleashed, Coast to Coast, and Howard Stern. Jim has also held three Guinness World records and has been featured in the blockbuster hit movie "Jackass Two".

In the Fall of 2007, Jim performed on a weekly NBC special called "Phenomenon", which featured the worlds Ten Best Mentalists. He also performed at the World's Magic Awards on FOX and received the award for the World's Greatest Mentalist.

Jim's "Psychic Madman" show combines extraordinary feats of the mind with zany comedy and dangerous stunts. He picked up the name "Psychic Madman" when he accurately predicted the Pennsylvania Lottery worth over 12 million dollars back in 1990. Jim is EXTREMELY intuitive and many people believe that he can actually read minds.

Jim's memory skills are incomparable to say the least. He has memorized over 80,000 zip codes, the Scrabble dictionary, thousands of digits of Pi, sports almanacs, every country and capital on the planet, and thousands of other facts. On the Ellen show, Jim actually memorized a shuffled deck of cards in a matter of seconds. His most amazing memory feat is knowing the day of the week for every date all the way back to 1492.

Jim shows no sign of slowing down. He recently wrote another book called "Mind Games" and is currently working on several projects with some of his celebrity friends. He has also become involved with several charity poker tournaments, one of his many new found hobbies. Don't be surprised if you see Jim's face pop up on the BIG SCREEN again.

Sara Westbrook: Motivational Speaker, Singer and Songwriter

“Let's Start a Love Crusade”

"I am using my motivating, positive outlook to inspire and make a difference for others, especially young people, by giving them the opportunity to see that they have the power to make choices that will better their lives, no matter the circumstance. I provide people with tools that allow them to take back their personal power, to start living their purpose and to love their own uniqueness. I accomplish this through speaking, singing and writing."

After my Dad died I felt I could no longer sing if he wasn't here to watch me. So I created the program "Own the Power Within", a program to help children deal with the issues of bullying.

I thought , "maybe it would be better if I just spoke, not sang. At this point I was questioning whether I could even sing. I felt so confused, out of control and lost. I have never felt so upside down. By choosing not to sing I felt an emptiness that I could not fill."

Meeting Brenda Hounam who has had Alzheimer's disease for 8 years put me back on my true path. I realized that my Dad wanted me to use all my talents. I ended up co writing the song One More Memory. This song was written as a gift to Brenda Hounam who wanted a song to remind her children of her love for them when Alzheimer's disease would rob her of the ability to say "I love you". I now travel with Brenda and my Mum Linda, raising awareness and funds on behalf of people who are in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease. We want people to know that there is hope and possibility in a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. The monies raised from the sale of the CD are used to help people who are in the early stages of the disease. Since Sept. 21, 2004 "One More Memory" has sold 8000 copies (a gold record in Canada). We are excited to be taking our message to Romania May 15 2008.

"I have been helping to raise awareness and funds for those living with early stage Alzheimer's disease for almost four years. For me this is important work. Giving back is an essential part of who I am."

I am very proud to represent "Kids Help Phone" as an artist ambassador. "Going to schools, impacting the lives of young people through music is very important to me. I share about my personal struggles, triumphs and lessons learned, in hopes of giving new insight into what they may be experiencing. I want them to know they are not alone."

I realized through my previous work with young people that so often tools of life are missing. Young people are told so many things ... be confident, stop worrying, be yourself, move on.

From this knowledge I have created my newest program UPower® concerts "Building Character through Lyrics" which incorporates speaking & singing, sharing with young people life tools that will guide them to take responsibility for their actions, to motivate them to take on their lives in a very powerful way and to have a new appreciation & respect for themselves & others.

"When I write I feel I have a responsibility to the listener to create lyrics that make a difference in their life, to inspire them to look at things differently, to help heal what may be going on in their life."

"Sometimes life doesn't turn out how you think it should but it's all in how you look at it. Are you going to let it tear you down or get up and be better than before?" lyrics All You See in Me by Sara Westbrook
